What is Music Therapy?
Music therapy is a broad, scientifically proven practice that uses music to address people's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs. It’s led by certified music therapists who employ musical elements such as rhythm, melody, and harmony to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals. Unlike traditional music education, the purpose of music therapy is to use music as a tool for rehabilitation and personal development rather than to transfer musical knowledge.

We integrate creative arts therapies by certified music therapists into organizations that serve communities of those with disabilities, special needs, and medical complexities. Our team is highly passionate about working with people of all ages and needs towards their goals and improving their quality of life through the creative arts.
Our services are goal-oriented and can include expanding social and communication skills, increasing non-verbal self-expression, and developing coping mechanisms for anxiety.

These objectives span a wide spectrum, encompassing the enhancement of self-esteem, refinement of social and communication skills, exploration of interpersonal relationships, and much more.

Music therapy's benefits are accessible to individuals of all ages and diverse needs, including but not limited to:

-
Older adults living with a dementia diagnosis
-
Adults and children with disabilities
-

Our certified music therapists always commence with a thorough assessment to determine the suitability and potential benefits of music therapy for each client.
