About the Role
We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to help us build relationships with potential and ongoing care partners, including long-term care facilities, hospices, retirement communities, mental health organizations, and disability services. The successful candidate will use our CRM system, HubSpot, to keep track of leads and follow-up activities.
Key Resposibilities
• Identify and research potential care partners in the healthcare industry, including long-term care facilities, retirement communities, mental health organizations, and disability services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential care partner organizations.
• Use HubSpot to keep track of leads and follow-up activities.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential care partners to introduce MIYA Creative Care's services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote MIYA Creative Care's services.
• Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential care partners.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community engagement, marketing, or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for healthcare, wellness and the creative arts.
