This program is designed to nurture you—the caregiver—through creative arts and self-care practices. With a focus on self-care and community-care, we bring you monthly online wellness sessions in music, art, and movement therapy, led by certified creative arts therapists. Whether you’re looking to de-stress, reconnect with yourself, or find inspiration, our sessions are tailored to create a meaningful space for renewal, reflection, and connection.

About the Program
When you sign up for our Creative Care for Caregivers program, you will have access to 1 music session, 1 art session, and 1 movement session per month. These three sessions are facilitated by a MIYA Creative Care's Music Therapist, Art Therapist, and Dance/Movement Therapist.

Music & Wellness Session
Experience the soothing and uplifting power of music in a supportive group setting. These sessions use activities like singing, rhythm-making, and music listening to promote relaxation, self-expression, and emotional connection. Whether you're rediscovering an old favorite song or engaging in simple musical activities, these sessions provide a joyful and therapeutic space to unwind and recharge.
Art & Wellness Session
Tap into your creative side with guided art-making sessions designed for self-expression and stress relief. Using accessible materials and simple prompts, participants can explore their emotions and gain new perspectives through drawing, painting, or crafting. No artistic experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to engage in the therapeutic process of creation.
Movement & Wellness Session
Reconnect with your body through gentle, guided movement sessions that encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Blending elements of dance, stretching, and rhythmic exercises, these sessions are designed to support physical well-being, reduce tension, and enhance your sense of self. Each session is tailored to meet all abilities, ensuring a welcoming environment where every participant feels comfortable.
